Fanwich is a creative sandwich company determined to bring fresh and exciting food to the communities we serve. Using locally-sourced ingredients and one-of-a-kind combinations, we aim to go beyond our customers’ expectations of a sandwich.
Colorado natives Nick and Mary Herold have been passionate about creating an awesome customer experience throughout their careers. It was only in 2021, when the pandemic created an opportunity for them to open their own business, that they were able to combine this passion with their love of food and sports into "Fanwich," a sports-themed sandwich food truck.
Since opening Fanwich, Nick and Mary have been committed to producing high-quality, unique dishes for everyone who visits their truck. Their focus on fresh ingredients, attention to detail, and "service with a smile," helps set Fanwich apart and keeps their customers coming back for more.
Outside of working hard on the truck, Nick and Mary love trying all the other delicious food Denver has to offer. You can also frequently find them at Red Rocks Amphitheater soaking in the sights and sounds of Colorado.
